This short video (2:35) will show you the various steps you will need to take to set up “yourname@gcpermits.com” email on your computer using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007.
For setup on other local email clients (iPhone, BlackBerry, Thunderbird etc), here are the general settings you will need.

Please do not attempt to use your browser's FTP functionality as you may get errors. Browsers are also known to be less secure with FTP. If you need good FTP client, here is a link to a good free program (Windows). Filezilla
Note: Please avoid the “SquirrelMail” option as it has been known to have a lot of problems with missing attachments.
Webmail has a 2 MB limit on single attachments, If you need more than that, you will need to set up your email account through a local email client on your computer like Outlook, Thunderbird etc. That will raise your limit to 10 MB for individual attachments & up to 50 MB total.
